Diploma Description The role of a senior Executive Assistant is to provide a dynamic, efficient and fully professional service. This important and key role is both demanding and challenging, and will require confidence, accountability, flexibility as well as highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.The individual must be highly organised and have the ability to co-ordinate multiple priorities within demanding and tight timescales. The PA at this level has management responsibilities with the highest standards of integrity; is one step ahead and has the ability to effectively organise others.The executive assistant will need to have advanced IT skills and the use of shorthand with accounting are excellent skills that will give you the extra advantage in securing the role that is highly valued, well paid, interesting and rewarding. You will learn up to date Microsoft Office applications, get up to speed with the latest accounting packages and learn the more traditional secretarial skills including touch-typing and shorthand. In addition, you can enhance your business skills through one day seminars and specific professional training giving you everything you will need to excel in this role.
